Book appointments and get JSON output
The `book_appointment` tool takes booking details as a JSON string, letting the AI generate working code that includes live appointment data. This means your script uses real Zoho Bookings records. You can pair this with `get_staff_slots` to pre-fill available time slots into your function arguments, eliminating placeholder values.
Query staff and services for context
Need a list of staff members? The AI calls `list_staff`, injecting the resulting JSON array directly into your code block. This ensures you're referencing real people from Zoho Bookings. Likewise, running `list_services` lets the agent populate service IDs and names into your codebase for accurate record creation.
Handle cancellations using live data
If a client needs to cancel, the AI can execute `cancel_appointment`. This tool requires specific appointment identifiers. The resulting code snippet shows the successful cancellation status. Furthermore, you use `list_appointments` to fetch the unique IDs needed for any modification or deletion task in your coding session.
