Connect Zoho CRM MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Zoho CRM to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Map out the full account picture.
The `list_accounts` tool pulls every account record from Zoho CRM. You can then use that list to get granular details about specific accounts, giving you a complete view of who your clients are. After listing accounts, your agent figures out what's next. It checks for associated deals using `get_deal` and verifies the latest status by fetching contacts with `list_contacts`. You just set the goal; Cascade handles the rest.
Track leads from capture to close.
Need to manage a new lead? The `get_lead` tool fetches all current lead records. This lets your agent pinpoint which prospects need immediate attention. Once you know the lead, you can check their associated products using `list_products`. Then, by running `list_tasks`, the agent compiles an action plan, making sure no follow-up falls through the cracks.
Generate reports on past activity.
You can pull all recorded calls instantly with the `list_calls` tool. This gives you a reliable history of client interactions. Next, check out the deal flow. The `list_deals` tool gathers current deal statuses. Put that together with listing contacts via `list_contacts`, and your agent builds a single report showing who talked to whom about what.
