Read cell contents live via the MCP Server.
When you call `get_cells`, your agent grabs the specific values from a defined range, like 'A1:D10'. This isn't mock data; it’s real API context that gets injected right into the code you're writing. You can then use those actual numbers or text strings immediately in functions, making your generated code instantly functional.
Manage sheet structure with `delete_worksheet`.
If a worksheet is obsolete, the agent uses `delete_worksheet`. This function cleans up your project by removing unnecessary tabs. You write less cleanup code because the tool handles it for you. This keeps your codebase cleaner and ensures that no one accidentally references an old, deleted sheet.
Get details on a worksheet using `get_worksheet`.
Before writing any data manipulation logic, check the structure first. Calling `get_worksheet` returns all metadata about the target sheet—like its name and ID. This confirms you're working with the right container. Having this context means your code won’t fail because of a simple typo in a worksheet name.
