    How do I get an API Token for GatherUp?

    Log in to GatherUp, navigate to Settings > API, and you will find your Client ID and can generate a Bearer Token.

    Internal Feedback (1st-party) is left directly on your GatherUp survey pages. Online Reviews (3rd-party) are retrieved from external sites like Google and Facebook.

    Yes! The 'reply_to_online_review' capability allows you to send responses to third-party platforms that support direct API replies, such as Google and Facebook.
