  What do I need to use this MCP?

  You need a Condeco or Eptura Engage account and an API Key from the Azure API Management Developer Portal.

  Does this sync with my calendar?

  Yes, room and desk reservations sync with O365 and Exchange automatically.

  Can I use this with any AI client?

  You can use this with any MCP-compatible client, including Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf.

  How do I check in to my office?

  You can simply tell your AI agent that you have arrived at a specific location to trigger the check-in capability.

  Can I filter meeting rooms by features?

  Yes, you can ask your agent to find rooms based on specific capacity or AV equipment requirements.

  Can my agent check if a meeting room is available right now?

  Yes. Use the 'get_room_availability' capability with the room ID and today's date. The agent will analyze real-time reservation limits and hourly slots to confirm if the space is free or booked.

  How do I book a hot desk through the agent?

  First, use 'list_desks' to find available capacities in your location. Then, provide the desk ID and date to the 'book_desk' capability. Your agent will trigger the claim and confirm your designated physical spot.

  Does cancelling a room booking via the agent sync with my Outlook calendar?

  Yes. When you use 'cancel_room_booking', the server mutates the scheduling endpoints which revert synchronization traces on your connected Exchange/O365 calendars automatically.
