  How do I connect my Gainsight PX data?

  You need your Gainsight PX Region and your API Key, which you can find in your Administration settings under Products. Once you have those, you can connect via Vinkius.

  Which AI clients can I use with this MCP?

  You can use any MCP-compatible client, including Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf.

  Can I use this if my data is in the EU?

  Yes, this MCP supports both US and EU data centers for Gainsight PX.

  What happens when I track a server-side event?

  The event is logged directly to your Gainsight PX environment, making the data immediately available in your product usage analytics.

  Does this replace the Gainsight PX dashboard?

  It doesn't replace it, but it allows you to perform many common tasks, like checking user details or listing features, without leaving your AI workspace.

  How do I get an API Key for Gainsight PX?

  Log in to Gainsight PX, go to Administration > Products, select your product, and you will find the API Key in the product settings.

  Which region should I select?

  Select 'US' if your account is hosted at api.aptrinsic.com, or 'EU' if it is hosted at api-eu.aptrinsic.com.

  Yes! Use the 'identify_px_user' capability and provide a unique 'identifyId'. The agent will create or update the user profile in Gainsight PX instantly.
