  No. This MCP connects to 15Five. It doesn't replace the platform; it just brings the data and functionality into your AI agent. You still use 15Five for the core records.

  What kind of data can I retrieve about my team?

  You can retrieve recent check-ins, view employee answers, monitor pulse scores, and list current OKRs. It gives you a full picture of performance and sentiment.
