Connector

Ask AI about Vinkius

Every Connector in AI Connections has its own page: what it unlocks, its complete set of AI Capabilities, prompt examples and the Enable Connector button that puts it in your Library.

When you open a Connector from AI Connections, you land on its Connector page. It is the product sheet: everything you need to decide (and everything your AI needs to operate it) lives on one page. The mockup below is a real Connector page, running in the docs: click Enable Connector and follow what actually happens.

Done. Issue #412 created with the failing run linked. Want me to assign it to the maintainers?

What this Connector unlocks

FAQ

Questions GitHub owners ask.

  • 01
Do I need credentials to use this MCP?

Yes. GitHub requires a personal access token so the connector can act on your behalf.

  • 02
What does the debugger grade mean?

The Vinkius Debugger grades quality from A (excellent) to F (critical issues) based on schema compliance, error handling, response consistency and documentation.

  • 03
Can I use it in Claude and Cursor at the same time?

Yes. Each client connects through its own token; usage shows up under the same connector.

A Connector page, live. Click "Enable Connector" to watch the real provisioning flow, and the heart to favorite it.

Reading a Connector from top to bottom

  • Breadcrumb and seal. The trail reads Discovery, the category, then the connector name. On the right sits the MCP VERIFIED · PRODUCTION READY · VINKIUS GUARANTEED seal: the Connector passed Vinkius verification before reaching AI Connections.
  • Hero. Logo, name and the line "Developed, maintained, and hosted by Vinkius." Connectors are not community uploads from strangers; Vinkius runs them.
  • Short description. One paragraph saying what the connector gives your AI.
  • Ask AI about this Connector. A strip with one click links to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and Grok. Each link carries a prompt that makes the AI read the Connector page and explain what it does, list its AI Capabilities and show day to day examples. It is the fastest way to get a second opinion before enabling.
  • Prompt examples. A small showcase of real conversations: what you would ask, and what the connector does. If a picture is worth a thousand words, a prompt example is worth a thousand descriptions.
  • What this Connector unlocks. The full description in plain text.
  • Capability deck. The complete set of AI Capabilities the connector gives your AI, numbered and grouped into sets of four. This is the contract: whatever is listed here is exactly what your AI can do, nothing more.
  • FAQ. The questions the connector's owners answer: credentials, grades, multi client use.
  • Support footer. Every Connector closes with the support inbox, so help is never more than a click away.

Enabling, and what happens next

Clicking Enable Connector asks Vinkius to provision the connector for your account. On a free connector this takes a few seconds: the button shows "Activating…", then your Library grows by one and the page offers Go to Connector to open its dashboard. The mockup above walks exactly that flow.

For paid connectors the flow has one extra step:

  1. A checkout dialog opens with the price and the monthly request allowance.
  2. You confirm the no refund acknowledgement (digital access starts immediately).
  3. Continue to Checkout takes you to Stripe and back.
  4. While the subscription provisions, the page shows "Subscription activation in progress" with the note that it usually takes only a few seconds, then confirms "Subscription activated".

The heart button on the hero adds the Connector to Favorites, your wishlist shelf in the AI Connections sidebar. Favoriting is free and does not count against any limit; enabling is what uses a slot on the Free plan.

After enabling

The connector is now yours. Three natural next moves, all one click away:

  1. Go to Connector opens its Dashboard (requests, latency, live activity).
  2. Quick Connect gives you the tailored setup for your AI client, same flow as in Install Catalog.
  3. The AI Capabilities tab lets you switch individual tools off before your AI ever sees them.
