Ask AI about Vinkius

The Business-plan surface that lists every organization you belong to, creates new ones and enforces the rules for leaving them.

Organizations opens the Organization group of Settings, and the group itself only exists on the Business plan: the whole tree, this list included, is hidden for every other plan. The sidebar row reads All organizations, and the page is the switcher: every organization you belong to, in one list.

All organizations, live. Your org list with role badges and member counts, and the New organization dialog creating one for real.

The list

Each row shows the organization's initial as an avatar, its name, its member count, and a role badge: Personal for your own account space, Owner where you hold org:manage, Member where you do not. Your personal organization is always first, and it is the one row without a Leave button, because you cannot leave yourself.

Creating one

New organization opens a small dialog: "Give your organization a name to get started.", one name field, one Create organization button. The new organization appears in the list immediately with you as Owner, and in the sidebar as its own collapsible section holding the eight management surfaces that follow this page.

The rules for leaving

Leaving is deliberately rule-bound, and the console picks the flow for you:

  • Member leaving gets a confirmation: "Leave \"Acme Inc\"? You will lose access to all resources in this organization."
  • Owner with other members gets blocked instead: "Ownership required. To leave, you must first transfer ownership to another member in the organization settings."
  • Sole owner leaving becomes a deletion: "Leaving will permanently delete this organization and all its data.", confirmed by typing the organization's name, never a checkbox.

Why this page exists

Organizations are how Vinkius scales from one person to a team: shared projects, members, roles and audit under one context. This page is the front door and the safety valve, and every rule on it exists so access is transferred deliberately, never lost by accident.

What comes next

The eight surfaces inside each organization follow in sidebar order: Overview, Members, Invitations, Teams, Roles, Service Accounts, API Keys and Audit Log, each with its own guide.
