MCP Workflow for Legal Case Management.
Client emails organized, case database updated, deadlines on your calendar , manage your caseload from one conversation
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Waiting for input…
How It Works
Your AI agent reads your Front shared inbox , every client email, opposing counsel communication, and court notification. It categorizes each conversation by client and case type, then checks Airtable for existing case records.
New matters get a record created: client name, case type, opposing party, key dates mentioned in the email, current status.
Existing cases get updated with the latest communication summary. When the agent detects a deadline in a message , 'Response to motion due by June 20' or 'Deposition scheduled for July 3 at 10am' , it creates a Google Calendar event with a 3-day advance reminder.
The attorney opens their calendar and sees every deadline. They open Airtable and see every case. They open Front and see every conversation.
All three are in sync because the agent keeps them connected.
MCP Server Orchestration: 3 MCP Servers, one intelligent agent
Connect Front, Airtable and Google Calendar MCP servers so your AI agent reads your shared legal inbox, creates or updates case records in Airtable, and adds critical deadlines to your Google Calendar. Attorneys drowning in client emails, scattered case notes, and missed filing deadlines get a centralized command center without paying for enterprise case management software.

Superpowers you didn't know your AI had
The Vinkius catalog gives your agent access to 4,700+ MCP servers and the intelligence to combine them. Imagine never logging into another dashboard. Your AI handles the work across every tool, in one conversation. That's what this infrastructure was built for.
Cross-Platform Intelligence
Your agent doesn't just connect to tools. It understands the relationships between them. Data flows where it needs to go, automatically, with full context preserved across every platform.
Contextual Reasoning
Every decision your agent makes considers the full picture. It reads CRM data, checks calendars, reviews conversation history, and acts on everything at once. Not step by step. All at once.
Productivity at Scale
What used to take 45 minutes across five different dashboards now takes one sentence. Your agent runs the entire workflow end to end while you focus on decisions that actually matter.
Zero-Config Reliability
No API keys to paste. No webhooks to configure. No YAML to debug. Connect your MCP servers once, and your agent handles the rest. Every time, without intervention.
Made for
exactly this
Your AI agent taps into the entire Vinkius MCP catalog to handle these for you. You describe what you need. It does the rest.
Small law firms using Front as a shared inbox who need client communications automatically linked to case records
Solo attorneys managing 20+ active cases who cannot afford Clio or PracticePanther but need structured case tracking
Litigation attorneys who receive deadlines via email and need them on their calendar with advance reminders to prevent missed filings
Family law and estate planning firms where multiple attorneys handle the same case and need a shared source of truth
Frequently Asked Questions About This MCP Server Orchestration
Which MCP servers do I need for this workflow?
Three: Front, Airtable and Google Calendar. Connect all three to your AI client before running any prompt from this page.
Does this work with Claude Desktop, Cursor or Windsurf?
Yes. Any AI client that supports the Model Context Protocol works , Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline and others. Connect the MCP servers and paste a prompt.
Does this handle attorney-client privileged communications?
The agent processes emails from your Front inbox using your existing access credentials. Consult your bar association guidelines regarding cloud-based tools and client data. Vinkius does not store your email content.
Can I filter to only one client or practice area?
Your prompt controls the scope. Ask for 'only conversations related to Santos' or 'only immigration cases.' The agent filters Front conversations accordingly.
Is my client data secure?
MCP servers authenticate through API keys or OAuth. Your agent only sees Front conversations, Airtable bases and Google Calendar events you have granted access to. Vinkius does not store your data.
What if the agent misses a deadline in an email?
The agent extracts dates based on natural language patterns like 'due by,' 'no later than,' 'scheduled for.' If a deadline is phrased unusually, it may not be detected. Always review extracted deadlines and verify critical filing dates independently.
Audit Agency Websites Using MCP Servers
Your agency manages 15 client Webflow sites but nobody checks if last month's landing page update actually improved conversions , the designer shipped it, the PM marked it done, and the page sits there with a 0.4% conversion rate that nobody measures
Build Data-Backed Investment Theses Using MCP
Funding trends mapped, public market multiples benchmarked, sector thesis documented , build your investment thesis on data, not slides
Build Market Landscape Maps Using MCP Servers
Every player mapped, every round tracked, every segment visualized , walk into the IC meeting with the market map, not a guess
Govern Feature Flags Across Tools Using MCP
127 feature flags in production and nobody knows which ones are safe to remove , your agent audits both platforms and tells you
Match Startup Founders to Mentors Using MCP
Mentor expertise mapped, startup needs matched, introductions sent , connect each cohort company with the right advisor in minutes, not weeks
MCP Recipe for Automating Agency Client Intake
Your agency's client intake process involves a form, a spreadsheet, 4 manual emails, and 3 people , and it still takes 5 days because the PM forgot to send the brand guidelines request on step 6 of the 12-step checklist
