How It Works
Your AI agent pulls performance data from your latest Beehiiv newsletter , open rate, click rate, top-clicked links, subscriber growth, and unsubscribes.
It identifies the most engaged readers: people who opened the last 3 newsletters and clicked at least once. For each engaged reader, it checks ActiveCampaign for an existing contact.
New contacts get created with a 'newsletter-engaged' tag. Existing contacts get the tag added to their profile, plus a list assignment (e.g., 'high-engagement nurture sequence').
Then it writes everything to Google Sheets: post title, send date, total sent, open rate, click rate, top links, new subscribers, unsubscribes, and the count of readers synced to ActiveCampaign.
Run it after every send and your growth dashboard builds itself, your CRM fills with engaged prospects, and your nurture sequences fire automatically.
MCP Server Orchestration: 3 MCP Servers, one intelligent agent
Connect Beehiiv, ActiveCampaign and Google Sheets MCP servers so your AI agent reads newsletter performance, tags engaged readers in your CRM, and builds a growth dashboard that tracks subscriber-to-customer conversion. Your newsletter stops being a content exercise and starts being a pipeline machine.

Superpowers you didn't know your AI had
The Vinkius catalog gives your agent access to 4,700+ MCP servers and the intelligence to combine them. Imagine never logging into another dashboard. Your AI handles the work across every tool, in one conversation. That's what this infrastructure was built for.
Cross-Platform Intelligence
Your agent doesn't just connect to tools. It understands the relationships between them. Data flows where it needs to go, automatically, with full context preserved across every platform.
Contextual Reasoning
Every decision your agent makes considers the full picture. It reads CRM data, checks calendars, reviews conversation history, and acts on everything at once. Not step by step. All at once.
Productivity at Scale
What used to take 45 minutes across five different dashboards now takes one sentence. Your agent runs the entire workflow end to end while you focus on decisions that actually matter.
Zero-Config Reliability
No API keys to paste. No webhooks to configure. No YAML to debug. Connect your MCP servers once, and your agent handles the rest. Every time, without intervention.
Made for
exactly this

Frequently Asked Questions About This MCP Server Orchestration
Which MCP servers do I need for this workflow?
Three: Beehiiv, ActiveCampaign and Google Sheets. Connect all three to your AI client before running any prompt from this page.
Does this work with Claude Desktop, Cursor or Windsurf?
Yes. Any AI client that supports the Model Context Protocol works , Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline and others. Connect the MCP servers and paste a prompt.
How does the agent determine which subscribers are 'engaged'?
Your prompt defines the criteria. The default suggestion is 'opened the last 3 newsletters and clicked at least once.' You can adjust: 'opened 2 of the last 5' or 'clicked a pricing link at least once.' The agent follows your rules.
Does this trigger ActiveCampaign automations?
When the agent adds a contact to a list or applies a tag, any ActiveCampaign automation triggered by that list or tag fires automatically. You set up the automation once in ActiveCampaign , the agent handles the tagging.
Is my subscriber data secure?
MCP servers authenticate through API keys. Your agent only sees Beehiiv publications, ActiveCampaign contacts and Google Sheets you have granted access to. Vinkius does not store your data.
What if a subscriber unsubscribes from Beehiiv?
The agent reports unsubscribes in the Google Sheet. If you want unsubscribers removed from ActiveCampaign too, add 'remove contacts from the nurture list if they unsubscribed from Beehiiv' to your prompt.
Grow Agency Newsletters Using MCP Servers
Your agency manages email marketing on Zoho Campaigns and newsletter growth on Beehiiv for 6 clients , but subscriber overlap, engagement comparison and cross-platform growth are invisible because nobody compares the two systems

ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign MCP Server: Manage your entire customer lifecycle using AI. This server lets your agent create, tag, and list contacts, track sales deals, and manage email lists directly from chat. It handles everything from adding a new lead to auditing complex automations without you touching the UI. Manage contacts, deals, and lists via natural language.
Google Sheets
