Key Capabilities

Headless Health Data Access

Run health queries from your terminal without any GUI overhead. Claude Code uses `get_daily_activity_summary` to output your stats directly to your shell. This is ideal for automated monitoring. You can pipe the results of `get_azm_by_date` into your shell scripts for custom alerting.

CI/CD Fitness Integration

Trigger health record updates during your build process. Use `create_activity_goal` or `create_weight_log` as part of your deployment workflow to track your progress. The server handles the request-response cycle, letting you focus on the logic. It works perfectly in Docker containers or remote SSH sessions.

Metric Extraction for Pipelines

Get raw data points for your analysis tools. Claude Code calls `get_heart_rate_intraday` and `get_spo2_by_interval` to feed data into your local processing pipeline. You avoid the browser entirely. Every tool call returns raw JSON, ready for your standard Unix utilities to parse and act on.
