Key Capabilities
Full schedule visibility in Windsurf
Cascade uses `list_bookings` and `list_services` to pull your entire calendar state directly into the editor context. You get a live view of what is happening across every branch. Stop digging through browser tabs to find open slots. Your agent pulls `get_availability` data to see exactly when staff are free, allowing it to propose slots based on real-time constraints.
Autonomous booking management
Windsurf handles the entire lifecycle of a reservation by executing `cancel_booking` whenever a conflict arises. The agent processes the request and updates your status without you needing to monitor the API. Complex scheduling flows become simple sequences. Cascade uses `get_booking_details` to verify client info before it makes any changes, ensuring your records stay accurate.
Staff and location coordination
Managing multi-location businesses is straightforward when you can query `list_locations` and `get_location` configurations on the fly. You gain control over branch-specific operations from one interface. Your agent checks `list_staff` to confirm exactly who is available for a specific class or service. It cross-references this with `list_classes` to ensure your scheduling logic aligns with your actual business rules.
