Headless Planhat Data Retrieval

Pipe your account data straight into logs or scripts using `list_planhat_companies`. It works perfectly in any shell environment where you need raw data. This gives you a way to check account health in a cron job. You get the output from `get_planhat_company` without a GUI.

Automate Tasks via CLI

Claude Code uses `list_planhat_tasks` to trigger actions in your build process. It parses the current task queue and reports back to your terminal. You can script your entire workflow around this. When a project hits a milestone, the agent pulls the latest status from `list_planhat_projects`.

Setup guide

Set up Planhat MCP in Claude Code

Prerequisites

Claude Code CLI installed (npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code)
Active Vinkius subscription with a valid endpoint token

Run the add command

Open your terminal and run the command shown on the right. Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your endpoint token from cloud.vinkius.com. Use --scope user to make it available across all projects.

Verify the connection

Start a Claude Code session and type /mcp to list connected servers. You should see planhat-mcp with a green status indicator.

Start using tools

Ask Claude Code something like "Check my latest Planhat transactions." It will automatically discover and invoke the available Planhat tools.

Open the config file

Create or edit .mcp.json in your project root for project-level scope, or ~/.claude.json for user-level scope.

Add the Planhat MCP

Paste the JSON snippet shown on the right into the mcpServers object. Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your endpoint token from cloud.vinkius.com.

Restart Claude Code

Start a new Claude Code session. Type /mcp to confirm the server is connected. The tools will be automatically available in your conversation.
