Key Capabilities
Code scraper scripts with real-time MCP Server data
This MCP Server hooks into your editor to feed actual tracker configurations into your workspace. The `list_indexers` tool lets your agent pull your active indexer list directly into your code. You get to write integration tests using real tracker IDs instead of guessing or using fake stubs. This speeds up development because you are working with live backend states.
Validate indexer status during development
The `get_indexer_status` tool gives your agent direct access to Prowlarr's health checks through the MCP protocol. When writing custom automation, the agent verifies if a tracker is online before running test queries. It executes `test_indexer` to confirm the API key is valid. This prevents you from wasting API hits on dead indexers while debugging your scripts.
Automate indexer provisioning through Agent mode
The `add_indexer` tool allows your agent to provision new indexers based on configuration files in your repository. It reads your local setup and pushes it to Prowlarr. Before writing the payload, the agent runs `get_indexer_schema` to match the exact requirements of the target indexer. This ensures your automated deployments never fail due to missing fields.
