Key Capabilities
Trigger technical assessments within Cursor
Use Cursor's agent mode to trigger `create_assessment` or `invite_candidates` while you are deep in your own codebase. This keeps your hiring workflow attached to the same editor you use to build your product.
Evaluate candidate code inside the editor
Don't settle for summary scores. Use `get_assessment_result_exhibit` to pull actual candidate code into your editor workspace. This lets you inspect their logic against your own implementation patterns.
Refine your hiring process via Cursor
Update your review process by calling `update_assessment_result_review` while discussing candidates with your agent. It links your technical assessment data to your actual development environment, making hiring decisions faster.
