Key Capabilities
Fetch deep property records directly into Cline
`get_property_details` extracts structural details, tax history, and owner records using a standard street address. Cline uses this data to populate local databases or write JSON fixtures for your real estate applications. You can tell Cline to draft a property report, and it will fetch the details, write a markdown file, and save it to your repository. It handles the raw data fetching and file generation in one pass.
Build valuation tools with this real estate MCP Server
`get_sale_valuation` returns estimated market prices and confidence scores for target properties. Cline reads these valuations to build interactive frontend components, writing the React code and importing the live data. The agent writes the necessary fetch calls, sets up state management, and tests the UI with real data. You get a working prototype of an investment dashboard without writing boilerplate code.
Sync live active listings in Cline
`list_active_listings` queries current market inventory for rentals in any target area. Cline uses these live listings to update your local CSV files or run automated price-matching scripts. If Cline detects a price drop in the active listings, it can trigger alert scripts. This turns your local codebase into an active monitoring system for distressed properties.
