Key Capabilities
Real-time country data in Cursor Agent
Feed live country records into your code generation workflow. Using `get_country_by_name` ensures the AI writes code based on current, verified data. You avoid the common trap of using outdated stubs. The agent writes functions that actually match the API schema.
Filter regional data inside your IDE
Use `get_countries_by_region` to populate dropdowns or test cases within your editor. It is faster than manual entry and keeps your logic grounded in reality. Your Cursor environment handles the tool call, fetches the data, and lets you insert the raw results directly into your file.
Connect REST Countries to your project logic
Use `get_countries_by_currency` to validate international payment logic. You get the exact country list associated with a currency code without leaving the editor. It reduces the time spent looking up ISO standards. Your code gets the right list every time you run the tool.
