Key Capabilities

Clean up your dispatch database using Claude Desktop

The `get_addresses` tool pulls your Route4Me database straight into your local Claude Desktop workspace. You can feed raw customer lists to Claude Desktop, let it parse the text, and run `create_address` to build clean Route4Me location records. When dispatch coordinates change on the fly, you don't need to open the Route4Me web panel. Instead, tell your Claude Desktop agent to update the entry using `update_address` or clean out dead entries with `delete_address`.

Audit dispatch efficiency with this MCP Server

The `get_optimizations` tool exposes your historical Route4Me planning data directly to Claude Desktop. Your agent reviews past runs to find patterns, highlighting why certain multi-stop routes cost more or took longer than planned. To inspect a specific problematic run, Claude Desktop uses `get_route` to pull the exact Route4Me stop sequence by ID. This lets you compare planned arrival times against actual driver performance without digging through manual spreadsheets.

Monitor active drivers and vehicles in Claude Desktop

Retrieving your registered fleet list is handled by the `get_vehicles` tool, allowing your Claude Desktop agent to match available trucks to pending Route4Me requests. You get immediate visibility into which assets are active and which ones remain idle in the yard. Pair this hardware data with `get_users` to see which drivers are assigned to those vehicles. Claude Desktop maps drivers to active paths using `get_routes`, keeping your Route4Me dispatch desk running without constant phone calls.
