Key Capabilities

Managing Order Status with MCP Server

You'll use the `update_order_status` tool to manage fulfillment statuses. Pass the order ID and a status—say, 'Shipped.' The tool makes sure Snipcart records that change correctly. This lets you write scripts that automatically mark orders as shipped after they leave your warehouse system.

Fetching Customer Details via Cline

To get a specific customer's details, run `get_customer_details(id)` in your code. This pulls all necessary user info directly into the component you're building. You can then use that data to pre-populate forms or check eligibility for certain promotions.

Listing and Checking Product Inventory

Use `list_products()` to fetch a complete list of products configured in Snipcart. This gives you the necessary product IDs and basic details. If you need deep data, call `get_product_details(id)` for specific items, helping your dashboard display accurate stock levels.
