Key Capabilities
Get Detailed Nutrition Data via Cline
The `get_recipe_nutrition` tool returns detailed nutrition facts for any given dish. You can pipe this output directly into your local database schema, making data logging simple. It doesn't just give you totals; it breaks down the specific amounts of protein, carbs, and fats. This makes it perfect for building dietary tracking features right out of a CI/CD pipeline.
Find Recipes by Ingredients with Cline
Need to know what people can cook with pantry leftovers? Use `recipes_by_ingredients`. You feed it a list of ingredients, and the server ranks recipes based on how many matches they have. It's way better than just searching for keywords. This tool is great for quick feature builds where users input available items. The output gives you titles and match percentages, which you can process immediately in your script.
Extract Recipes from URLs using Cline
The `extract_recipe` tool lets you grab recipes straight from a URL. You don't have to manually scrape the site; your agent handles it for you. It pulls out structured data, including ingredients and basic instructions, making the messy process of web scraping irrelevant. This is essential when building tools that integrate with external content sources.
