Key Capabilities
Real-Time Data Fetching for Code
I can use `get_company_details` to fetch a company's specific records, and then pass those details directly into the function I'm writing. This means the code I generate uses live data from Tactile CRM. If you need individual contact info, just tell me who to look up; I'll use `get_contact_details` and inject the resulting fields (like email or department) right into my script.
Modeling Sales Logic with MCP Server
When building out sales logic, I can call `list_opportunities` to get a list of all deals. Then, using `get_opportunity_details`, I'll pull the stage and value for each one so my code processes them correctly. It also helps me track the timeline by running `list_activities`. I use this data to make sure my generated code handles follow-up timing accurately.
Building Comprehensive CRM Wrappers
The MCP Server lets me list all organizations via `list_companies` and get a comprehensive view using `list_contacts`. I can then write helper functions that iterate over the results of these calls. I also use `list_pipelines` to ensure my code respects the defined sales stages, making sure any new feature works with existing CRM structure.
