Cline executes 5E Arena data lookups

Tell Cline to build a scorecard for a specific player and it will call `get_player_stats` automatically. It reads the response and formats the data into your project files immediately. You don't have to copy-paste anything. The agent handles the call to `get_match_detail` and writes the results directly into your codebase.

Automated team performance tracking

Cline uses `get_team_stats` to gather data on registered squads for your reports. It iterates through the list to build a summary of wins, losses, and ELO trends. This keeps your stats current without manual intervention. The agent manages the entire loop from request to file creation.

Map-specific performance insights

Ask Cline to generate a map analysis by using `get_map_stats` for your profile. It pulls the win rates for every map you've played and creates a visual summary. It handles the logic of mapping your performance to individual arenas. You get a clear breakdown of where you dominate and where you struggle.

Common questions about 5E Arena MCP in Cline

Use the `search_player` tool by asking the agent to locate a specific username. It will return the relevant IDs which you can then use to pull detailed match data.
It does. Cline can fetch active high-ELO games using `get_live_matches` and pipe that info into a component or a text file for your review.
You can. By calling `get_tournament_schedule`, the agent retrieves the latest bracket info. Cline can then format this as a markdown table for your README.
The server transmits your match telemetry over an encrypted connection directly to your machine. No third-party storage or logging occurs during the data exchange.
Go to the MCP settings panel in your Cline sidebar. Add the server URL to your list of active connections and the tools will appear in your command palette.
