Build Support Dashboards with Cline and Ada
The `list_conversations` tool feeds active and historical chat data directly to Cline inside VS Code. Cline pulls these Ada transcripts, builds custom React panels to display them, and writes the code to filter chats by customer sentiment. You tell Cline to build an Ada monitoring tool, and it handles the end-to-end execution. It fetches live chats from Ada, writes the component, imports the styling, and tests the UI locally in VS Code.
Sync Help Articles via Ada MCP Server
The `list_articles` tool fetches your entire Ada help catalog directly into Cline's context. Cline uses this tool to compare your live Ada customer-facing docs against your latest markdown files in git, identifying outdated instructions. When Cline finds a discrepancy, it uses `create_article` to push the corrected documentation back to Ada. It writes the code, updates the repository, and updates your live Ada bot resources in one action.
Verify Customer Metadata in VS Code
The `get_end_user` tool pulls specific Ada profile metadata and custom variables into Cline's workspace. Using this tool, Cline verifies if customer accounts are configured correctly when debugging API integration issues. If a user reports an Ada bug, Cline pulls their profile, inspects their custom variables, and writes a test case replicating their exact environment. This cuts down debugging time by using real production states inside VS Code.
