Build Airmeet events inside Claude.
The `create_event` tool lets your AI client spin up new virtual conferences without opening a browser tab. You tell Claude the date and title, and it handles the API request. Once the main shell exists, `create_session` adds the individual tracks and keynotes to the schedule. Managing the guest list happens right in the chat interface. You paste a block of emails, and Claude fires off `add_attendee` for each person. When it's time to go live or wrap things up, `update_event_status` changes the state instantly.
Pull live event data through this MCP Server.
The `get_event_attendance` tool grabs the raw turnout numbers while your event runs. Instead of downloading CSVs, you ask Claude to check who showed up. It reads the data and gives you the exact headcount. You also get direct access to audience engagement metrics. Using `list_poll_responses` and `list_questions`, your agent pulls the Q&A feed and poll results into your conversation. This makes it simple to draft post-event follow-up emails based on what people actually asked.
Grab recordings and participant lists.
The `get_session_recordings` tool pulls the MP4 download links directly into your workspace. You don't have to dig through the admin dashboard to find the video files. Claude fetches the URLs so you can send them to your video editor immediately. Finding out exactly who attended a specific session takes seconds. The `list_participants` tool returns the full roster of viewers. Combine this with `list_events`, and you can quickly audit attendance across your entire webinar history.
