Audit Airship lists inside Claude Desktop
The `list_static_lists` tool lets you pull active CSV-uploaded audiences into your Claude Desktop chat window via our MCP integration. You get the exact audience criteria without leaving your workspace, meaning you can verify who receives your next campaign before you write a single line of copy. Once you identify the target list, use `list_segments` and `get_segment_details` to inspect the rules governing that group. Your agent compares these rules against your current marketing brief to ensure your targeting parameters align with your goals.
Check real-time delivery status
The `get_push_status` tool queries the Airship API to show you exactly how your notifications perform. You pass the push identifier directly to Claude Desktop, and the agent returns delivery numbers, failures, and platform-specific metrics. If a specific user reports issues, run `get_channel_details` to inspect their device metadata. This reveals whether their opt-in status is active or if their device token has expired, saving you from digging through the Airship dashboard.
Map devices to named users
The `associate_named_user` tool binds a specific device channel to a unique user ID using this MCP Server. Claude Desktop executes this mapping during testing sessions, letting you verify that your test devices receive the correct personalized payloads. After mapping, you can use `list_tags` to check which behavioral tags are currently applied to that user. This ensures your automated workflows trigger the correct messages based on real-time user actions.
