Build custom real estate tools inside Cline
The `list_properties` tool lets Cline fetch live real estate listings to build custom internal portals. Instead of just looking at raw data, you can tell Cline to write a React component that displays active rentals. Cline will pull the data, write the code, and test the layout. It uses `get_property_details` to populate individual property cards with exact field values, giving you a functional dashboard in minutes.
Automate offer tracking and lead creation
The `record_offer` tool registers incoming bids directly from your workspace. If you receive a CSV of auction bids, Cline can write a quick script to parse the file and run `record_offer` for each line. It matches bids to existing profiles using `list_contacts`. If a bidder is missing, Cline calls `create_contact` to build their profile before logging the financial offer, keeping your CRM clean.
Coordinate maintenance and viewing schedules
The `list_work_orders` tool retrieves active maintenance issues so Cline can cross-reference them with viewing schedules. If a property has an open plumbing issue, Cline checks this before booking visits. It uses `list_viewings` to see when prospective tenants are visiting. This keeps you from showing properties that have active work orders, saving your agents from awkward walkthroughs.
