How to Use the Apex27 MCP in Cursor
Inject real-estate data into your codebase using the Apex27 MCP Server inside Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Apex27 MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Apex27 to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Fetch live CRM data in Cursor
Stop hardcoding mock data for your real-estate apps. Use `list_properties` to pull real inventory into your editor context. Your code gets accurate results from the start. You can test your logic against actual property records using these tools.
Manage maintenance tasks in Cursor
Debug your workflow by pulling live work orders. Use `list_work_orders` to see how the system handles active maintenance requests. Your agent can compare these records against your schema. It's the fastest way to verify if your code handles the data correctly.
Build CRM features inside Cursor
Create new records without switching windows. Use `record_offer` or `create_contact` to trigger API actions directly from your chat. Your agent executes the call and returns the result. You see exactly how the CRM responds to your code changes.
