Script the Aporia MCP Server

Scripting the Aporia MCP Server lets you handle model observability entirely from the command line. Stop clicking through web interfaces to check on your models. Claude Code lets you write a bash script that checks `get_metrics` and pipes the output to your logging stack. If the drift numbers look suspicious, your agent automatically fires `trigger_monitor`. You handle model observability exactly where your deployment scripts live.

Validate guardrails in CI/CD

Validating Aporia guardrails via MCP catches bad prompts before they reach production. You wire Claude Code into your GitHub Actions to test every PR. It reads the proposed prompt changes and feeds test messages into `validate_guardrails`. If a developer accidentally removes the PII filter, the pipeline fails immediately. You catch toxicity and off-topic regressions before the code ever merges.

Audit workspaces headlessly

Auditing Aporia workspaces headlessly gives you a fast summary of your observability coverage. Drop into your terminal and tell Claude Code to map your entire setup. It runs `list_models` and `list_dashboards` to output plain text lists of your active monitors. When an incident happens, you avoid hunting for the right dashboard URL. Your agent pulls the exact `get_model` configuration instantly. You fix the problem and move on.

Common questions about Aporia MCP in Claude Code

Run `claude mcp add --transport http aporia -- `. Make sure your transport flags come before the server name.
Absolutely. You schedule a headless run that checks `get_metrics` every morning and pages you if drift exceeds your threshold.
It passes your message arrays directly to `validate_guardrails` via the MCP protocol. If the check fails, Claude exits with a non-zero status code.
Yes. You list them with `list_monitors` and execute any of them on demand using `trigger_monitor` right from your shell.
Yes. Your model performance numbers and PII validation requests pass through a zero-trust architecture. Vinkius manages the connection ephemerally, ensuring no sensitive data hits the disk.
