Connect Appcues MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Appcues to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Code Against Live Appcues Data
This server lets Cline access your Appcues account directly. Your agent can `list_flows` or `list_segments` and then use that data to scaffold code. It's perfect for building internal dashboards or status pages. For example, tell Cline: "Build a React component that displays a list of all published flows." It will use `list_flows` to get the data, then write the component code, import statements and all, right in your editor.
Manage Flows from Your Editor
You don't need to switch to a browser to manage your onboarding. Just tell Cline what to do. Your agent can `publish_flow` to roll out a new experience or `unpublish_flow` to pull one back. This is especially useful for coordinating releases. You can have Cline run a script that deploys new code, and as a final step, uses `publish_flow` to activate the corresponding in-app announcement.
Script User Management with Cline
This MCP Server connects Cline to your user base in Appcues. Your agent can `get_user` to check a profile or even `delete_user` for account cleanup tasks. Cline can automate these tasks. Give it a list of user IDs to remove for GDPR compliance, and it will run `delete_user` for each one. Just remember that deletion is permanent.
