How to Use the Beamer MCP in Cursor
Ship code and write the changelog at the same time by connecting Beamer to your Cursor editor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Beamer MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Beamer to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Write release notes as you commit code in Cursor
Don't wait until Friday to write your release notes. Your AI agent can read your git diffs and immediately call `create_post` to draft the changelog entry inside your editor. If you need to make quick corrections to a live post, just highlight the code change. The Beamer MCP Server executes `update_post` to modify the announcement instantly.
Debug features based on live user feedback
When a bug report comes in, let your agent pull the exact details. This MCP Server lets you pull raw user sentiment data straight to your terminal by running `list_feedback` and `get_feedback_details` inside your editor. You can inspect these issues alongside your source code. This lets you fix the underlying bug and draft a response to the user in a single session.
Monitor post performance inside your workspace
Track how your latest code deployments impact user engagement. The AI client calls `get_analytics` to show you view counts and click rates right next to your files. If a post underperforms, use `get_post` to pull the content and let your agent rewrite it. You can push the update without ever opening a web browser.
