How to Use the Bitbucket MCP in Windsurf
Cascade chains Bitbucket actions automatically inside Windsurf for faster code reviews and pipeline tracking.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Bitbucket MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Bitbucket to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Windsurf executes multi-step Bitbucket workflows
Cascade takes your high-level goals and translates them into specific `get_pull_request` or `list_pipelines` calls. It handles the sequence so you don't have to babysit the IDE. You just tell the agent to check the build status and review the latest changes. It triggers the necessary tools and delivers the summary right to your chat window.
Browse repositories without leaving Windsurf
Stop tabbing over to your browser to find a commit hash or branch name. This MCP Server lets you use `list_repositories` and `list_branches` directly from your workspace. Everything stays in the context window. You'll see exactly what's happening in your remote environment as you write your code.
Track project health within the editor
Keep an eye on active work by running `list_pull_requests` or `list_issues` during your coding session. It turns your IDE into a real-time dashboard for your team's current tasks. Cascade pulls the data and lets you jump straight into the relevant files. No more context switching between your terminal and the web portal.
