Connect Bitwarden MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Bitwarden to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Audit Bitwarden security policies inside Windsurf
This MCP Server lets your agent use `list_policies` to inspect active rules across your Bitwarden vault. Cascade reads your local workspace context, notices security gaps, and immediately checks which organization policies are active. You get a direct report of password requirements or two-factor rules without leaving your editor. Cascade matches these rules against your current development setup to keep your team compliant.
Map team access profiles automatically
Cascade queries your identity structure using `list_groups` and `list_members` to map out who has access to what. The agent chains these tool calls to compare your active directory with your Bitwarden setup. If a developer joins a new team, Cascade identifies the mismatch and lists the exact groups they need. You never have to manually click through the web console to verify roster alignment.
Investigate access logs during active debugging
The server exposes `list_events` to pull real-time audit trails straight into Cascade. When a secure connection fails, your Windsurf agent automatically checks recent organization events to trace credential access. It correlates timestamps with your local terminal output to pinpoint authentication failures. This lets you debug environment variable issues without hunting through external dashboards.
