Let Cline build, configure, and debug your Bot9 customer support bots directly from VS Code.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Bot9 MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Bot9 to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Spin up new Bot9 agents inside VS Code
The `create_bot` tool builds new customer service agents without leaving your editor. Cline writes the initialization parameters, executes the setup, and confirms the bot is live. To verify the deployment, Cline calls `list_bots` to fetch your entire active fleet. You get a clean list of your support agents right in your VS Code terminal.
Keep bot knowledge updated via this MCP Server
The `add_data_source` tool feeds new documentation links straight to your bot's brain. Cline can scan your workspace for new markdown files, extract the relevant URLs, and train the bot instantly. If you aren't sure what your bot has already read, Cline uses `list_data_sources` to audit the index. It keeps your support knowledge base accurate without manual browser work.
Debug support chats with Cline
The `list_conversations` tool pulls active customer chat sessions directly into your workspace. Cline reads the queue to find users who might be stuck or receiving bad answers. When you need to inspect a specific issue, Cline runs `get_conversation_history` to review the chat log. It can then use `send_message` to test potential prompt fixes before deploying them to production.
