How to Use the BrioHR MCP in Cursor
Build internal tools that query your BrioHR data directly from the Cursor editor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect BrioHR MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect BrioHR to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Query BrioHR records from Cursor
Stop manually searching for staff info while writing code. You can use `get_employee_details` to feed real profiles into your agent's context. This keeps your implementation logic tied to actual organization data. It removes the guesswork when building tools for your HR team.
Automate payroll reporting in Cursor
Call `get_payroll_summary` to pull financial data into your scripts. It lets you test your code against real, approved monthly figures. Your agent builds accurate logic because it works with live outputs from the server. You no longer need to rely on static mock data.
Track recruitment workflows in Cursor
Use `list_job_postings` and `list_job_candidates` to build automated tracking systems. It connects your code directly to your active hiring pipeline. Your agent can now suggest improvements based on real applicant data. It makes building recruitment dashboards much faster.
