Build custom HR dashboards with Cline
Cline acts as an autonomous developer that builds custom HR interfaces using your Buk database. The agent runs `list_employees` to fetch your team directory and then writes a React component to display it. It doesn't just mock the layout. Cline pulls live data via `get_department` and hooks it directly into your local codebase, testing the integration before showing you the final diff.
Direct compensation tracking with Cline
This MCP Server lets Cline analyze your company's benefits packages right from the sidebar. The agent calls `list_benefits` to extract corporate extras and maps them to specific departments. If you need to update a compensation structure, Cline reads `get_payroll` to verify current allocations. It then generates local reports detailing how changes affect your overall budget.
Automated org chart updates
We connect Cline directly to your Buk organizational chart tools to automate directory updates. Cline queries your organizational structure using `list_departments` and matches it against active roles from `list_jobs`. When a department changes, Cline writes the updated structure to your documentation. It pulls live stats through `get_company_stats` to ensure every team count is correct.
