Build Custom Hiring Dashboards with Cline
Tell Cline to build an internal page using `list_job_orders` and it handles the whole task. The agent pulls live data, writes the React components, and populates the UI. It does not just mock the data. By calling `get_job_details`, Cline inserts the exact requirements and hiring manager details into your local codebase, testing the integration as it goes.
Automate Candidate Screening Scripts via MCP
Let your agent write and test custom screening scripts using `list_candidates` directly in VS Code. Cline fetches active applicants, then parses their profiles with `get_candidate_details` to test your matching logic. You get a fully functional, tested script that runs against real CATS ATS data. Cline handles the file creation, imports, and execution runs without you writing a line of boilerplate.
Audit Client and Contact Records
Clean up your CRM data by letting Cline match records with `list_recruitment_companies`. The agent finds contacts associated with companies using `list_recruitment_contacts` to pinpoint orphaned profiles. It analyzes the differences, flags missing info, and generates a clean report. It can even check recent touchpoints using `list_recruitment_activities` to highlight neglected clients.
