Connect ChangeDetection.io MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect ChangeDetection.io to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline executes watch management
Cline can `create_tag` to organize your monitoring tasks. It keeps your workspace tidy as you add more sites to the list. When you need to bring in bulk data, `import_urls` handles the heavy lifting. Cline processes the input and configures everything for you.
Fetch live snapshot history in Cline
Use `get_watch_history` to see a timeline of updates for any monitored site. Cline presents this data so you can decide what to code next. If you need the visual context, `get_watch_favicon` grabs the site icon. It helps you identify watches at a glance in your file explorer.
Search and inspect watches with Cline
Call `search_watches` to find specific items in your monitoring database. Cline filters the results and displays them in your chat window. Once you find a watch, `get_watch` pulls the full details. You get the current status and settings right where you write your code.
