Connect ChangeDetection.io MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect ChangeDetection.io to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Pull live diffs into Cursor
Stop writing scraper tests against hardcoded HTML strings when you can fetch real DOM changes. Enable Agent mode and this MCP Server allows Cursor to call `get_snapshot_diff` to pull actual markup updates from your target websites. The AI uses this live data to write parsing logic that actually works. If you need to write a script that reacts to pricing changes, the agent runs `get_snapshot` to grab the real DOM structure right inside your editor.
Automate watch lists via MCP Server
Paste a list of URLs into your editor and let your agent track them automatically. Setting up monitoring for a new project usually means clicking through web forms, but now you just hand the array to your AI client. Cursor executes `import_urls` to register the entire batch instantly. It can then organize these new endpoints by firing `create_tag` and assigning them to your current project.
Debug scrapers with historical state
Debug broken scrapers by pulling the exact HTML from the moment your code failed. Your agent can run `get_watch_history` to pull the specific DOM snapshot from last Tuesday when the target site changed its layout. You get the full timeline of modifications without leaving your IDE. The model can also hit `get_watch` to check if the target site started blocking requests or returning errors.
