Build HR tools with live ChartHop data
This MCP Server connects your code editor directly to your company directory. When you write an internal dashboard, Cursor calls `list_organization_people` to populate your frontend components with real employee records. You stop wasting time writing mock JSON objects. Fetching individual records is just as direct. The agent triggers `get_person_details` to pull exact titles and reporting lines right into your test files. Your development loop tightens because you work with actual production data structures from minute one.
Map organizational logic in Cursor
Building permission systems often requires knowing exactly how the company is structured. Your AI client reads the current setup via the MCP Server using `list_organization_departments` and `list_organization_teams` while you write authorization logic. Cursor writes the code based on how your teams actually operate. Hardcoding department IDs stops entirely. The agent fetches the live department list and injects the correct constants straight into your codebase. You get accurate mappings without leaving the editor to check API docs.
Integrate headcount planning data
Developers working on internal financial or recruiting tools need access to future hiring plans. Cursor uses `list_planning_scenarios` and `list_organization_jobs` to pull active headcount models directly into your workspace. You see exactly what roles are approved for the next quarter. Digging into specific roles or high-level company stats takes seconds. The `get_job_details` and `get_organization_summary` tools give the agent the context it needs to write accurate API integration tests. Your code matches the real state of your HR backend.
