Connect Clickatell MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Clickatell to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build messaging flows with Windsurf
Connecting the Clickatell MCP Server lets Cascade read your prompt and figure out SMS workflows without asking permission. Tell it to spin up a new marketing push. It checks your funding limits using `get_account_balance` before doing anything else. Once it confirms you have the budget, Windsurf triggers `dispatch_bulk_sms` to hit your target MSISDNs. It chains these operations together natively inside your editor.
Manage inbound SMS routing
Managing Clickatell two-way text messages usually means writing custom webhook logic. This MCP Server lets your agent do the actual configuration directly. You just describe how you want replies handled. The agent maps the HTTP logic via `upsert_inbound_rule` and immediately verifies existing setups with `list_inbound_rules`. If a route goes bad, it calls `wipe_inbound_rule` to clear the legacy bounds.
Track carrier delivery metrics
Firing off Clickatell texts is only half the job. You need to know if they actually reached the handsets. Ask your agent to audit recent blasts. It pulls exact carrier statuses using `get_delivery_status` and tests specific routing paths via `test_carrier_coverage`. You get structural extraction of delivery properties right in your IDE.
