Connect Cloudbeds MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Cloudbeds to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cascade automates front desk check-ins
`list_reservations` pulls your active arrivals so Cascade can plan the daily check-in sequence. Your Windsurf agent grabs reservation details, checks room statuses, and flags dirty rooms before guests arrive at the desk. It chains `get_housekeeping` to find clean rooms and matches them to incoming guests instantly. You get a ready-to-go plan without clicking through five different browser tabs.
Cloudbeds MCP Server handles booking audits
`get_dashboard` lets Cascade audit your room revenue against actual occupancy by pulling the day's financial metrics. Your Windsurf agent calls this tool to match daily earnings against transaction logs. Cascade runs `list_transactions` across all active files to catch billing discrepancies. It flags unpaid balances and updates guest profiles without you writing a single SQL query.
Automate VIP guest preparation
`search_guests` finds returning high-value profiles so Cascade can prep their arrival. Your Windsurf agent pulls lifetime value and past preferences to coordinate VIP setups. It then chains `check_availability` to find room upgrades and updates the booking via `get_reservation`. You run one prompt and Cascade handles the entire hospitality workflow.
