Pipe CloudLex Legal data to terminal tools

Claude Code lets you query your firm's database without ever leaving the terminal. You can run a command to call `list_cloudlex_cases` and pipe the JSON output directly into jq or grep to filter for open matters. This headless approach allows you to quickly inspect case statuses or practice areas during quick terminal sessions. No heavy web interfaces, just fast, command-line access to your litigation docket.

Automated cron jobs for case tasks

Build shell scripts that monitor upcoming litigation deadlines using this MCP Server. Claude Code can pull your pending items by executing `list_cloudlex_tasks` for any active matter. You can set up a local cron job that runs these queries daily and alerts you to overdue items. It keeps your litigation team on track without requiring manual dashboard checks.

Batch client creation via CLI

When importing contacts from a CSV file, Claude Code parses the raw text right in your shell. The tool feeds each row into `create_cloudlex_client` to create the contacts in bulk. It then runs `create_cloudlex_case` to establish the initial matters for those imported contacts. This command-line process turns a tedious manual data entry chore into a fast, scripted operation.
