Connect CloudTalk MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect CloudTalk to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build contact sync scripts inside Cline
Cline uses `create_contact` and `list_contacts` to sync your local customer databases with your phone system. Tell Cline to write a sync script, and it will fetch the live data, compare records, and add missing users. The agent writes the code, tests the API connection, and updates your CloudTalk directory. You get a fully functional integration without writing a single line of boilerplate.
Query active agent lists using this MCP Server
Use `list_agents` to monitor which support reps are currently active in your call center. Cline pulls the live list to help you build custom routing tables or internal dashboards. This server exposes agent IDs and status details directly to your workspace. Cline can then format this data into markdown tables or inject it into your local admin tools.
Purge stale contacts from CloudTalk
Clean up your address book by letting Cline run `delete_contact` on outdated or duplicated records. You can point Cline to a list of bounced emails, and it will clean up your CRM. The agent handles the tedious work of verifying IDs and executing the removals. Your sales team won't waste time dialing dead numbers.
