…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect CloudTalk MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect CloudTalk to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate outbound dialing directly from Windsurf
The `make_call` tool lets Cascade initiate outbound dials between agents and customers directly from your editor. When a customer flags a critical bug, your agent can pull their phone number and trigger a call without you switching to a web dashboard. Cascade handles the routing behind the scenes. It checks availability, matches the agent, and starts the line, letting you stay focused on your active code workspace.
Keep customer CRM records updated via this MCP Server
Keep your customer records clean by letting Cascade run `create_contact` and `update_contact` during your support workflows. If an agent notices a typo in a customer's email or needs to add a new lead, Cascade modifies the CloudTalk directory instantly. You don't have to manually copy paste names or phone numbers anymore. This MCP integration ensures every database edit syncs to your live call center configuration.
Audit call histories inside Cascade
Run `list_calls` to pull recent call histories and filter them by agent or direction. Cascade reads these logs to analyze support load, identify missing follow-ups, or verify that a customer was actually contacted. The agent reads the raw logs, parses the timestamps, and flags unresolved tickets. You get a clear picture of team activity without digging through external reports.
