Connect Cloutly MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Cloutly to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Write code using live Cloutly data inside Cursor
The Cloutly MCP Server gives Cursor Agent the ability to query your actual review data using `list_reviews` while you write your customer service scripts. Instead of coding with dummy data, your editor pulls real customer feedback to test your custom reply pipelines. You can ask Cursor to write a script that flags low ratings. The editor uses `list_pending_reviews` to fetch live outstanding items, allowing you to build and test logic against real-world customer complaints immediately.
Automate review responses during development
This MCP Server setup lets you run `reply_to_review` directly from Cursor's terminal or agent chat to test your automated customer support workflows. You don't have to export JSON payloads or copy-paste text to see if your API integration works. When building custom notification systems, Cursor uses `list_businesses` to verify your target locations. This keeps your code clean and ensures your automated replies go to the correct platform endpoints.
Build custom review invite triggers
You can trigger review invitations using `send_review_invite` while designing user checkout flows in Cursor. This lets you test the exact moment an email or SMS goes out to a customer after a successful transaction. If you need to verify if a user has already received an invite, Cursor runs `search_reviews_by_author` to check their history. You can write your logic, run the tool, and watch the real-time response populate your editor.
