How to Use the ConfigCat MCP in Cursor
Control your feature flags while you code by adding the ConfigCat MCP Server to Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect ConfigCat MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect ConfigCat to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Update flags while coding in Cursor
Use `update_setting_value` to change flag behavior while you're writing code. The AI agent executes the change as you work. You won't have to break your flow to switch screens. It turns flag management into a standard part of your coding session.
Get flag status in Cursor
Call `get_setting_value` to see how a flag is currently set in your project. This gives you immediate insight into your active logic. It stops you from guessing about the current state of your features. You get the raw data injected right into your chat context.
Manage configurations in Cursor
Use `list_configs` to view your project structure without leaving your IDE. You can see every configuration associated with your product key. It provides a clear view of your settings architecture. Your agent pulls this info directly from the platform to keep you informed.
