Deep Chain Analysis with the MCP Server

This MCP Server lets your Gemini-powered Google ADK agent pull live Conflux ledger state with tools like `cfx_get_blocks_by_epoch`. By calling this tool or `eth_get_block_by_number`, your agent gathers raw block details and matches them against your BigQuery tables. Gemini's massive context window means you can feed long Conflux block histories straight into the prompt. The Google ADK agent uses `cfx_get_logs` to extract contract events, allowing you to run complex analytical reviews over thousands of blocks in a single pass.

Smart Contract State Queries

Your Google ADK agent can read on-chain Conflux contract states without paying gas by using tools like `cfx_call` and `eth_call`. This is perfect for checking current Conflux oracle prices, token balances, or governance parameters. Combined with Google ADK, your agent can pull these values and immediately write them to a Google Sheet or update a Vertex AI model.

Account and Sponsorship Auditing

Audit Conflux accounts and contract setups using tools like `cfx_get_sponsor_info` directly from your Google ADK terminal. The MCP Server lets your agent check who pays for gas on Core Space contracts, ensuring your dApp's sponsorship gas tank is never empty. You can also check account details with `cfx_get_account` to see current storage collateral and balance. The Google ADK agent handles these checks autonomously, flagging anomalies before they impact your users.

Setup guide

Set up Conflux MCP in Google ADK

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.10+ installed
  • google-adk package (pip install google-adk)
  • Active Vinkius subscription with a valid endpoint token
  1. 1

    Install Google ADK

    Run pip install google-adk to install the Agent Development Kit. MCP support is included via the McpToolset class.

  2. 2

    Connect via SSE transport

    Use McpToolset.from_server() with SseServerParams pointing to your Vinkius endpoint. Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your token from cloud.vinkius.com.

  3. 3

    Create an LlmAgent

    Pass the returned mcp_tools list directly to LlmAgent(tools=mcp_tools). The ADK maps each MCP tool to a native Gemini function call — no manual schema definitions required.

  4. 4

    Run with any Gemini model

    The agent works with any Gemini model (gemini-2.0-flash, gemini-2.5-pro, etc.). Copy the full example on the right to get started with Conflux tools in your ADK agent.

agent.py
from google.adk.agents import LlmAgent
from google.adk.tools.mcp_tool.mcp_toolset import McpToolset
from google.adk.tools.mcp_tool.mcp_session_manager import SseServerParams

# Connect to the MCP via SSE
mcp_tools, exit_stack = await McpToolset.from_server(
    connection_params=SseServerParams(
        url="https://edge.vinkius.com/[YOUR_TOKEN_HERE]/mcp"
    )
)

# Create your agent with auto-discovered tools
agent = LlmAgent(
    name="Conflux_agent",
    model="gemini-2.0-flash",
    instruction="You have access to Conflux tools via MCP.",
    tools=mcp_tools,
)

Common questions about Conflux MCP in Google ADK

Use the `McpToolset` class from the `google-adk` library, pointing it to your Vinkius HTTP endpoint. Pass this toolset to your `LlmAgent` instance, and Gemini will automatically detect all 25 blockchain query tools.
Yes. You can pass a list of allowed tool names to the toolset parameters to restrict access. For example, you can expose only read-only tools like `cfx_get_balance` and block write tools like `cfx_send_raw_transaction`.
Google ADK uses Gemini's large context window to process massive payloads. Your agent can call `cfx_get_block_by_epoch_number` multiple times and analyze the entire epoch's transaction history without running out of memory.
No. Vinkius hosts the server and manages the connection to the Conflux nodes. Your agent just makes standard tool calls, and Vinkius handles the underlying infrastructure.
Yes. All queries for balances, block headers, and transaction receipts are routed through an isolated V8 sandbox. No raw private keys are stored on the server, ensuring your on-chain operational data remains secure and private.
