Generate working procurement code in Cursor
The `list_suppliers` tool pulls live vendor metadata directly into your Cursor workspace. Your agent writes code that interacts with live procurement data instead of relying on outdated API documentation. Testing integration scripts becomes simpler when you are working with actual payloads. You don't need to mock your vendor structures because your editor sees the live schema in real-time.
Automate purchase order generation
The `create_purchase_order` tool lets you generate new POs from structured JSON payloads right inside Cursor. Building automated buying workflows is straightforward when your editor can execute actions. Your agent reads your local files, maps the requested items to active suppliers using `list_contracts`, and builds the complete purchase payload. It resolves line items and accounting allocations automatically before submission.
Debug procurement workflows using this MCP Server
The `query_coupa_resource` tool lets you debug your API integration by fetching raw JSON responses inside your editor. When an integration fails, you can inspect the exact API boundary state from your terminal. Checking active transactions is fast with `list_invoices` or `get_purchase_order`. You can verify shipping boundaries, payment states, and supplier details without leaving your active code file.
