…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Customerly MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Customerly to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline manages user data
Cline can run `create_update_user` to keep your CRM in sync with your production database. It removes the need for manual CSV uploads. You can also run `list_users` to see who is currently active. Cline reads this list to understand your user segments before it starts building new features.
Direct conversation access for Cline
When a bug report hits your support inbox, tell Cline to pull it using `get_conversation`. It fetches the exact message thread so you can debug faster. Cline uses `list_conversations` to summarize recent feedback trends. It presents this info in your sidebar, saving you a trip to the dashboard.
Cline automates lead tagging
Cline can apply tags to contacts automatically after a user signs up. It calls `add_tag` as part of its post-deployment verification script. If a user churns, Cline can run `remove_tag` or `delete_user` to clean up your lists. It manages the entire lifecycle of a lead without human intervention.
